    In my last blog post we talked about “Why Power!”: What keeps you going when sheer “Will power” is not adequate? What Truly Motivates You? Right now we’re going to talk about discovering the ‘Why Power’ you need to stay motivated: and Designing your Dreams. Why do you need to know your why power?

    Well let’s face it: life isn’t constantly easy (I’m confident I just heard everyone say “Amen” to that!) Once you commence a new venture (such as Network Marketing) you are stretched and molded outside of your comfort zone. And you may undoubtedly face the ‘growing pains’ which might be certain to ensue. My father employed to make use of the example of a Blacksmith making a sword. How do they do it? Nicely the blacksmith takes a piece of metal and sticks it in a fireplace till it gets so hot that it is glowing red. Then, they take it out of the fire and beat the crap out of it with a hammer to mold and shape it. (Know the feeling?) And then, yep, back into the fire. This method is repeated until the sword is totally shaped and ideal.

    Nicely Guess what!? We’re the sword!!! And Network Marketing will be the blacksmith. We get bogged down by what we’re currently going by means of and we give up. We need to have written and determined, dreams and goals to concentrate on. Dreams that will be our light in the finish of the tunnel, when the (proverbial) hammer is cracking down on us.

    Open your thoughts, open your heart and open your spirit for your dreams. I want you to do just a little physical exercise for me and for yourself (Do not be concerned, it will not hurt!) I want you to do something that Jerry Clark (A Network Marketing professional) taught me.

    I want you to Style your Dream book. Let’s re-live the 3rd grade for somewhat even though here. Get some paper, scissors, glue, a binder and your favorite magazines.

    Look by means of those magazines and cut out photos, articles and drawings of something you dream of getting. (And yes it is ok to have enjoyable with this!) If you want to create your own residence with all the fancy granite and wood floors (along with a walk in closet that you can get lost in), locate it in a magazine, cut it out and glue it inside your dream book.

    Want that fancy sports automobile? Locate it in a magazine and put it inside your book- and below it write what color you want it be? Will it have racing stripes? What type of engine will it have? Be distinct, know what you wish. And allow your self to dream about it.

    Want far more time along with your youngsters? Put photographs of your kids inside your book. And around them put images of all the places you need to take them. Write the items you want to show them along with the things you need to do with them.

    These are the things that really motivate you!! These are the things that may allow you to stay motivated when the Blacksmith sticks you back within the fire.

    Each and every day, I want you to take 15 minutes and appear at that book. Let your thoughts wonder! Visualize your self consuming within your new kitchen, racing down the freeway in your new vehicle, lastly taking your kids to Disneyland. Keep in mind what you need and why you’re carrying out whatever it truly is that you simply are performing to get it. Let it rejuvenate you and encourage you to keep going Irrespective of what comes your way!!

  • An Independent Analysis Of The Vemma Business

    I am in no way affiliated with the Vemma home business, but after looking at their company presentation I was certainly impressed with their vision and the quality of their products.

    Who is Vemma?

    Vemma is an abbreviation for Vitamins, essential, minerals, mangosteen, and aloe. Vemma is known for its use of the Mangosteen fruit which is sourced in south East Asia. They use this ingredient in all of their liquid supplement products. Mangosteen has been recognized for many years as having powerful antioxidant properties which help to fight against free radicals which are in our bodies. It promotes health and vitality and contains many minerals.

    Vemma NEXT is a product that they developed for children aged 2-12 years, it’s good to see a company taking the younger generation into account. Often these health & nutrition companies fail to cater for adults & children separately. As we all know the dietary requirements of our kids is very different to ours. Vemma are setting a good example by contributing to the health of children around the globe who are not as fortunate as all of us are. For every bottle of Vemma NEXT that is purchased they will donate 1 bottle to needy children in the country where the purchase is made.

    The product designed for us adults is called ‘Verve’ which is a cool name for a drink I think. It’s packed full of vitamins and anti oxidants, plus is known for its energy boosting qualities. Packaged in a bottle or a shot bottle, you can take Vemma with you wherever you go.

    Watch the video on the Vemma website which shows just how the products are made. It’s very impressive how much care they take to ensure the quality and purity of the drinks.

    Vemma’s products are used by people in over 50 countries across the world and were voted by ‘Men’s Journal Magazine’ as the best overall super juice. Miss Fitness magazine voted Vemma as best product of the year in 2009. The product packaging is very snazzy and the name Vemma ‘verve’ has a cool sound to it. This has helped to make them so popular.

    What prompted the birth of Vemma?

    Vemma was created by a successful entrepreneur by the name of BK Boreyko. You may have heard of him before, he was the founder of the very successful company, New Vision. With sales of over one billion dollars, New Vision was known for its massive success.

    Him along with his skilled marketing team saw the growing prospects in the health nutrition industry and with that in mind, in 2004, Vemma began life.

    Whats the compensation plan?

    Vemma operates a binary MLM compensation plan. This is a commonly mis-understood comp plan especially if you are new to the industry. This system works in 2′s. You have a sales team on your left and right and you can only have 2 people maximum on your frontline. When you bring in new team members they are always put under your existing members in the leg.

    Before getting involved with a binary, ensure that you are fully aware of how it works and what is required to profit from it.

    How will Vemma train you?

    There isn’t a great deal of training given by Vemma to their new distributors. I see a large number of Vemma marketers engaging in traditional methods of promotion like sharing the product with family and friends.

    It will depend on your circumstances if these promotion methods will work for you or not, there is a far better MLM strategy though.

You will have to keep a check on when you can buy this training course as it’s not always available. He tends to bring it to the market place and then withdraw it. Its not uncommon to see this sales method used, because people will be really wanting to get their hands on this material but cant, it creates a surge of buying activity when its brought back to the market. There is much to be learnt from this course, even for the more experienced marketers. If you are new to the industry you definitely need to buy it as it will cut weeks and months off of your learning process.

    The Mastermind Mentoring, Coaching & Training Transformation Programme

    Having not bought this product I can’t give you too much insight into it. If you are planning to build a business online then it’s plain to see that Jonathan Budd knows more than most marketers online. So if you can afford it, it would make a wise investment.

    Some closing words

    I like Jonathan Budd, I think he is a nice guy and he has tremendous knowledge of the online arena. I wouldn’t see him as a guru in offline marketing though as he admitted himself he has failed in that area.

    But for those who want to leverage the power internet network marketing Jonathan Budd is the one to show you how…for a price though.
